1. Use of the Website & User Accounts
Account Creation: To access certain features of our Website, such as managing bookings, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (email and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Permitted Use: The Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use to discover our retreat, view rate cards, and make legitimate reservations. You agree not to use the Website for fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings.
2. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing
Booking Channels: Reservations can be made directly via our Website (gandhadagudinature.com or gandhadagudiresorts.com), over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through authorized third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com).
Pricing: All rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the rate is locked in. Package prices, meal inclusions, and paid activities are clearly outlined in our Rate Card at the time of booking.
Payment: A full or partial advance payment (as specified at checkout) is required to secure your reservation.
Third-Party Bookings: If you book through a third-party platform, you are also bound by their respective Terms of Service and payment policies.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations, modifications, and refunds are strictly governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our policy, which requires cancellations to be made at least 3 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a refund.
4. Property Rules & Guest Conduct
To ensure a peaceful and sustainable environment for all guests, you agree to abide by our farmstay rules during your visit:
Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Eco-Friendly Practices: GandhadaGudi is an eco-farmstay. Guests are expected to respect the environment, avoid littering, and follow our guidelines regarding plastic use, water conservation, and waste management.
Safety Guidelines: Guests must adhere to all safety notices on the property, especially concerning the campfire, trekking trails, and water bodies.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a booking, or ask guests to leave the premises without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, illegal, or violates our property rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, digital rate cards, and graphics (such as the "ಗಂಧದ ಗುಡಿ" signboard imagery) is the exclusive property of GandhadaGudi Resorts and GandhadaGudi Nature Retreat. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (like payment gateways or online travel agencies). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GandhadaGudi Nature Retreat, and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:
